We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide our residents, The Villa employs a team of staff with extensive experience. We have RGN’s and care assistants on duty 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The manager or assistant manager carry out assessments on all prospective residents before they come to join us, this is to ensure we can meet their needs. We are also able to take emergency admissions in special cases.

In addition to the in-house services offered, we work very closely with various service providers who visit the home regularly, these include:

•   Doctor (weekly visits and available on call)

•   Dentist

•   Optician

•   Chiropodist

•   Physiotherapist

•   Hair dresser
